Yes, I offer a complementary 15 min consultation call. During this call, I will share about my approach, answer your questions and together determine if we are a good fit.

I will bill your insurance for you as a courtesy, though your medical bill is ultimately your responsibility. Because many insurance companies have different policies about paying for mental health services, please consult with your insurance provider to determine if your treatments will be covered, if you have a deductible to meet and what you co-payment will be. Co-payments and out of pocket payments will be automatically charged to your card after each session. 

For an initial intake session, please plan for 60 minutes. 

Weekly(?) sessions may run anywhere from 30 min-60 min depending on many factors such as schedules, individual needs and topics.

Virtual sessions can be conducted from any private space. It is important to consider your safety first, a quiet private place where you can speak freely. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your technology such as laptop, tablet or phone are charged or connected to a power source. If you are joining from a desktop or laptop you will only need to click the link provided. If you are using a cell phone or tablet you will need to download a free app called Telehealth By SimplePractice in order to connect to the session. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know by the day before your session. If an appointment is cancelled the day of or you do not show up for your appointment an automatic charge of $75.00 will be billed, this fee is not covered by insurance.
