In the busyness of life, it's easy to lose sight of that essential relationship – the one with the person we spend every moment with.

When we become disconnected from ourselves, it impacts every aspect of our lives. We may feel lost, anxious, or depressed. Our goals may seem hazy, and our boundaries blurry. Life transitions, unexpected challenges, or even the daily grind of grueling schedules and burnout can leave us feeling adrift and unsure of who we are and what we truly want.

This is where I can help

My name is Nicole, and I'm a therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, just like you, who want to connect or re-connect to themselves by becoming intentional about what they need and want in their lives.

I believe that we all have the answers within ourselves in order to thrive,

but we need to be willing to reach out for support, surround ourselves with people who are going to foster this work, and take the time to be still and listen to what our bodies and minds are telling us.

My Approach

My approach incorporates a variety of research-based modalities such as EMDR, Self-compassion practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. We'll work together to set intentional goals, challenge limiting beliefs, and create positive changes that align with your authentic self.

I commit to creating brave spaces for you, so you can nourish and grow the most important relationship you have, the relationship with yourself.

My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with each of my clients. I use a strengths-based approach. This means that I believe you are the expert of your life, unique and an individual. I am here to be a support to you, gently challenge you, and provide accountability.

I enjoy the process of exploring connection with clients using creativity and expressive arts activities such as journaling, story, relaxation, play, and goal setting to provide plenty of space for you to process your thoughts and ideas to create intentions that inspire YOU.
